He also provides Accounting and Income Tax Services. Prior to becomming an independant insurance Agent, Ron was District Sales Manager for Erie Insurance Group for 2 years. Diane M. Gish, Secretary and Agency Principal, has been with the agency for 18 years. She serves as a Customer Service Representative and specializes in Automobile and HomeProtector Insurance. She also assists with the Accounting and Income Tax Services. Ronald L. Ensminger, Vice-President and Agency Principal, has been with the agency for 13 years. He specializes in Automobile, HomeProtector and Life Insurance. He also handles small Commercial accounts. Lena F. Ensminger, a licensed agent, works part-time in our office and supplies clerical support. Dawn L. Heilman, a licensed agent, works part-time in our office and serves as a customer service rep. Janell Ensminger, a licensed agent, works part-time in our office and serves as a customer service rep.
